The wait is over! SOHO SPICE has finally re-launched with a refreshed menu by Celebrity Chef, Peter Cuong Franklin, featuring his trademark South East Asian Cuisine. Not only the food has gone better, the restaurant has introduced a bold new design by Australia-based in-house designer, Anita Lopez.
Chef Franklin has revealed that the new menu is inspired by his travels across South East Asian countries including Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia and more. We have tried a couple of his signature dishes and we found some playful dishes, for example deep fried soft shell crab “Gua Bao”, caramelised condensed milk nutella roti, and much more, while only fresh spices and ingredients are used to deliver the most authentic taste from all over the world.
