Established by Ms. Elaine Tsung, who also started Garage Society in Central and the Hive in Wan Chai, Eaton House will be a workspace in style and bespoke experience, and an integrated home for work and life that fosters collaboration and connection, whether it’s in tech start-up, finance, fashion and creative lifestyle concepts, or non-profit social enterprises.
Designed by Blink & Space Matrix, the interior melds aesthetics with functionality to create a contemporary and pleasant space for social gatherings and business meetings. As a spirited and lively work area, the bespoke premium suites are ideal for general meetings, with dedicated workstations for solo entrepreneurs, exclusive meeting rooms for private discussion, a spacious and open lounge area with hot-desks and an event space with stunning sea-view.
Members can enjoy the food and beverage offerings by interesting F&B partners including Elephant Grounds, CIAK, HK Brewcraft, Secret Ingredients, Grassroots Pantry and SOHO Farmer. Fifty percent of the menu will be locally sourced and fifty percent will be vegetarian. The new established will also provide Human Resources Services including hiring and talent placement, and business concierge services such as mail and administrative support. Members will also learn and share from engaging seminars and inspirational events.
Aiming to entice creative thinking and unleash inventive ideas, Eaton House will additionally offer PR and marketing support for member’s events. There will be regular collaboration with local and international brands, and free events and showcases for musicians and artists.
Great Eagle Holdings (HKEX 0041) is the primary investor in the rejuvenated Eaton brand of New Generation workspace. Eaton House Central is the first launch in Hong Kong under the brand. Expect more new developments under the Eaton Hotel chain and Eaton Houses to roll out internationally, including Eaton’s in Washington D.C. in 2017.
