The Langham, Hong Kong is Upping the Game

1. Partnership

The Langham, Hong Kong has partnered with Cathy Pacific in launching a new inflight menu to celebrate its Hong Kong-Madrid service.

The hotel’s Executive Chef Pedro Samper designed a range of authentic Spanish dishes, available for Business Class passengers flying from Hong Kong to Madrid from 2 June until 31 August 2016.

2. Appointment

The Langham, Hong Kong has appointed a new executive pastry chef, Matthieu Godard, overseeing the pastry department in all western restaurants, including Palm Court, Bostonian Seafood and Grill, Main St. Deli, The Food Gallery and Artesian bar, along with the hotel’s catering operation and in-room dining.

Matthieu is previously the head pastry chef of two Michelin-star Amber at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, and he also led Petite Amanda and Sens and Bund restaurant in Shanghai, China.



Buffet enthusiasts can enjoy a sweet and savoury spread at The Food Gallery where lunch is priced from HK$268 per adult, and dinner is priced from HK$548 per adult, subject to 10 per cent service charge.
