Located in Alexiandria, Adamo’s Pasta has been one of the best Pasta shops & restaurants in town with multiple awards being given. You can find everything you need to make good pasta here. Adamo’s Pasta is very down to earth but they take their pasta seriously because everything made fresh daily. From fresh pasta, risotto pasta sauce, dessert, to freshly frozen products.
The restaurant also offers daily specials and “Create-Your-Own” pasta tailor-made with your favourite ingredients, pasta, and sauce. The Italian pasta shop can be seen very busy during lunch time with customers queuing for take-away and dine-in.
Pappardelle Le. Adano’s
Flat egg-y pasta using their signature sauce which has a nice balance of tomato, meaty, only slightly milky flavour. A plateful of simple and delicious noodles that is absolutely on point.
Spicy Sopressa and Fontina Medaglioni
The restaurant would have new dishes on the menu from time to time and these medaglioni dish is one of them. Definitely something different and very likely the only place you can find fresh medaglioni in Sydney!
The giant Italian dumplings are stuffed with classic Italian sausage and light Fontina cheese. Perfectly al dente on the edges with a soft centre complimented with a kick of heat at the back of your throat.
Priced at just under AUD 20, I would say Adamo’s Pasta is an easy affordable go-to as you can easily find your favourite authentic pasta here, without flying to Italy!
