Here comes the best white truffle season again. The 208 Duecento Otto White Alba Tartufo Menu is served for a limited time only, featuring a range of authentic rustic seasonal dishes complimenting with 2 grams of sliced white truffle from Pietmont region, created by Executive Chef Mick Bolam.  


3 course for $588 per person, and 4 course for $708 per person2g truffle per dish, with an additional order of white truffle of $108 per gram

The Italian restaurant and bar has a warm yellow lighting, conflicting with the bright white and blue marble wall and floor tiles, giving you an unforgettable vibe once you enter that zone. 





Delicious housemade aperitivo, cocktails and an excellent wine list can also be found from the bar downstairs, feel bold to experience some of the award winning cocktails from their excellent mixologists! 



The bar downstairs is where the magic happens with a fine selection of Classic, Digestive, and Singature cocktails from their award-winning bartenders. 

OH BEEHIVE $110

Created by James – Diageo World Class Hong Kong Bartender of 2016, the elegant cocktaill is made with Ketel One vodka, lavender, marmalade, honey, orange, bee pollen. Not too sweet and somewhat healthy as an alcoholic drink. 



Zucchini flower wrapped ricotta cheese

The deep fried two-bite size zucchini flower is filled with warm oozy smooth ricotta cheese, a pre-dinner treat from the chef!



Beef carpaccio, pickled mushroom, radish, masala jelly and white Alba truffle

Beef Carpaccio covered in slices White Alba Truffle! Can you still find the beef underneath? Extremely thinly sliced raw beef paired nicely with the aromatic truffle, and the pickled mushrooms and roasted hazelnuts definitely up the game by giving extra bite and earthy taste! 





Soft organic egg, charred asparagus, white Alba truffle

Runny onsen egg is always a good friend of perfectly cooked soft asparagus, topping the dish with some white Alba truffle is like the icing on the cake. The deep musky aroma from the truffle is very pronounced in this simple dish. 





Fresh homemade tagliatelle, white Alba truffle, scamorza & Parmesan fondue

Simplicity is the best way to enjoy white Alba truffle. Simple egg based tagliatelle with a mixed of smoky cheese, then load the dish with a generous amount of fresh sliced white Alba truffle! The warmth from the pasta itself brings out more character from the pungent delicacy. 







Pizza bianco with porcini, buffalo mozzarella and white Alba truffle

208 Duecento Otto is really famous for its pizza which is made with their pizza oven. Using the perfectly rise dough, the thick pizza is super airy with a great chewiness and a subtle yeast sweetness. The earthy and slightly garlicky flavour from the luxurious white Alba truffle married beautifully with some more mushrooms. Don’t forget the piping hot melted savoury cheese do go really well with truffle too! 





Glazed fig, grappa zabaglione and white Alba truffle

After an array of truffle-filled savoury dishes, our dessert comes with white Alba truffle too! The sugar glazed caramelised fig pieces are covered with a light yet slightly sweetened grappa zabaglione and why not some more white truffle? The combination is magically matched and you can never get enough of it!





For a 4 course dinner surrounded by white Alba truffles, $708 is considerably a reasonable price. The quality of the food at 208 Duecento Otto is generally stable with good quality, therefore, this menu would make it a great affordable deal for food lovers!
