What’s New in Urban Park and Yum Cha?

Urban Park has been one of the most hippest places to go in both of their Tsim Sha Tsui and Central branches. The Tsim Sha Tsui branch embraces a spacious outdoor terrace where you may enjoy a relaxing afternoon tea set wth your friends, or pamper yourself with a starry starry romantic dinner night.

Their a la carte menu embraces a wide range of meat, seafood, and veggie items and we would like to highlight these three scrumptious vibrant dishes for you.

Barcelona tapas trio

sambas a la ajillo – sautéed shrimp with chili garlic
sierras a la murciana – scallop, white wine, chorizo, paprika
eggplant caponata – capers, basil, roasted bell pepper, sundried tomato

What’s not to love with these tapas small dishes that we can all share among friends? Vegetarian options are also available so no one will be left out from the party!

63’C poached egg prawns carbonara pasta

A new item on the menu which is the very lovable carbonara with smokey bacon, parmesan cream sauce, and a runny poached egg on top.

Carbonara has always been one of Hongkongers’ favourites and Urban Park has taken their recipe to the best way that we can enjoy this scrumptious creamy cheesy pasta dish. The 63’C runny poached egg yolk just oozed out once we poked it. The thick consistency from the yolk has brought the pasta the another level of creaminess.

48hrs whole bone-in beef ribs

The beef ribs has been sous vide (slow cooked) for 48 hours, the fork breaking tender ribs absorbed all the goodness from the stock they used to marinate the beef. The meat literally just fell off the bone when we tried to tear it apart. Do not miss the side dishes which were baby carrots, pearl onions, brussels sprouts, and french beans.

Butterfly Blossom Afternoon tea

The newly launched “Butterfly Blossom After Tea” Menu came just in time for this hot summer. Apart from its popular Bohemian Picnic set, the restaurant offers an alternate two-tier set which comes with tea selection from Comptoir Français du Thé, pairing with nine different bite-size savoury and sweet canapés.

The sweet and savoury options embraces scrumptious summer elements like its themed butterfly and blossoms. The colourful canapés are definitely appetizing and cheerful enough for this hot summer.

Lobster, shrimp & egg white cup

The royal yellow dish was prepared with two dragons, shrimps and lobsters. The velvety smooth egg white at the bottom was a perfect match with the rich stock from the seafood. The small cup of delicacy was healthy yet elegant.

Red wine braised ox tail

The ox tail was succulent after being marinated and cooked until fork-breaking tender with edamame, carrots and lotus root. The ox tail could fall right off the bone effortlessly. The sauce was also full of flavour that could really go well with a bowl of fluffy steamed rice.
