The fourth FRITES is opened in Causeway Bay this September. The restaurant has a space of 4,000 square feets with over 150 seas. It is famous for its mussels, serveing over 5,000 kilos every month across four locations. The new restaurant will also sell one of Asia’s largest selections of Belgian beers – over 80 different varieties – poured by award-winning bartenders.
With an early bird lunch, express lunch as well as dinner, happy hour and lots of special offers, FRITES’ big servings are perfect for sharing anytime. The menu features original dishes such as The Good Wife Sausage, a half-meter sausage served with mashed potatoes and roasted vine tomatoes; the crispy 750g Pork Knuckle; and a great selection of steaks. Not to miss the Mussel Pots range from FRITES House Mussels (diced tomato, garlic, onion, light cream and fresh chives) to the Asian inspired Laksa (Coconut Cream, Lemongrass and Kaffir Lime in Curry Sauce).
