Michelin-starred Chef Jacques Barnachon brings new Degustation Menu to La Saison


La Saison’s very own Michelin-starred Chef Jacques Barnachon is visiting Hong Kong with his Pastry Chef Laurent Gagliardi in late September and has crafted a time-limited 8-course Degustation Menu, only available during Jacque’s stay in Hong Kong, to celebrate the coming of autumn. 

The special Chef 8-course Degustation Menu
  1. Amuse Bouche from L’Etang Du Moulin
  2. Royal Sea Bream Tartare
  3. Duck Foie Gras Terrine 
  4. Jacque’s Onion Soup
  5. Pan Seared Scallops
  6. Slow Cooked Veal Tenderloin
  7. Brie de Meaux Cheese, served with black truffle and dried fruits
  8. Roasted Figs served with honey, port, milk chocolate ganache and lemon thyme

The menu is available from 22 to 30 September
HK$1,488 per head on weekdays (22 to 24 and 28 to 30 September) 
Hk$1,688 on the weekend (25 to 27 September)

Early bird booking can be made before 10 September for a HK$200 discount from the standard menu prices.
